Privacy Policy — ShredAudit

1. Who we are

ShredAudit is a data destruction certification app operated by Save More Clouds. For privacy enquiries, contact us at: privacy-shred@pm.me

2. What data we collect

When you use ShredAudit, we collect:

• Account information — your email address and full name, used to create and manage your account
• Job data — device serial numbers, device type, destruction method, and job dates you enter during normal use
• Photos — before and after images of devices being destroyed, captured within the app
• Usage data — records of jobs completed, associated with your account for audit purposes

3. How we use your data

We use your data solely to provide the ShredAudit service:

• Authenticating your account
• Storing and retrieving your jobs and certificates
• Generating Certificates of Data Destruction
• Maintaining an audit log for compliance purposes

We do not use your data for advertising, analytics, or any purpose beyond operating the app.

4. Third parties

We use the following third-party services to operate ShredAudit:

• Supabase — our backend infrastructure provider. Your data is stored on Supabase servers. Supabase's privacy policy
• Expo / EAS — used to deliver app updates to your device. Expo may collect basic diagnostic data related to app updates. Expo's privacy policy

We do not sell your data to any third party.

5. Data retention

We retain your account and job data for as long as your account is active. If you would like your data deleted, contact us at the email address in section 1 and we will action your request within 30 days.

6. Security

All data is transmitted over HTTPS and stored with access controls enforced at the database level. Photos are stored in private cloud storage accessible only to authenticated members of your organisation.

7. Children

ShredAudit is a professional tool not intended for use by anyone under the age of 18.

8. Changes to this policy

If we make material changes to this policy we will update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
